Apply for Membership

To become a FULL MEMBER  of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, you are required to submit an application and supply a copy of your DD-214.

If you do not have verifiable combat experience, you are still welcome to apply since we do offer Supporter Membership.

Also, please download and complete the Member Application, and upload this form as well.
